Increase the capacity of SGM Tactical Vepr-12 and Saiga-12 magazines by 3 rounds using factory spring.  12rd mags become reloadable 15 rd mags.  Easy on easy off design w/ included adapter. NOTE: Some minor fitting to SGM magazines required; instructions included.
