  • Return shipping is included with all approved warranty services.  Shipping to our facility is not covered.

All firearms must been sent in a proper hard or soft rifle case with exterior box. We are not responsible for damage to firearms on the way to our shop. This is your label so make sure you pack well. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and signature required with the shipper that you choose. Return shipping will be on our label with insurance and signature required. Only popper rifle cases will be used for return shipping. If one is not provided by you during inbound shipping a $25 charge for a hard rifle case will be assessed. We can also send you a hard case with box that you can pack easily for inbound shipping on your label by choosing the option below.
If gun is not sent in, replacement parts, if approved will ship out in 2-3 business days. Broken parts must be shipped in for inspection. If not returned an addition $150 will be billed.
