Billing and shipping information must match. If billing and shipping information does not match we will email a request for you to provide the appropriate information before shipping. This may delay shipping times. If you out cannot provide the proper information the order will be canceled following or cancelation policy. AFTER initial contact is attempted it is the customers responsibility to contact us for verification.

All of our firearms are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty – No Questions Asked. We even cover the shipping to and from our facility. (Shipping comes with insurance).
After the first year, warranty shifts to Limited Lifetime. (Please email for an RMA number, your firearm will not be accepted without one). Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility.
We require a 50% deposit to begin any build. This is due once the build sheet is reviewed and approved by client.
Deposits are NOT refundable
By using the code for placing a deposit, you are entering a binding agreement with our company. We will not ship any product to you until the remaining balance is paid.

Seller’s Layaway Policy
• Layaway is available for 2 months. ( 20% initial deposit by the Credit Card and Final 80% payment in the next 60 days ). If a payment is not received for more than 75 days, the layaway will be forfeited and all deposits will be lost.
• The Layaway payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• We will send you an invoice after the initial deposit.
• There are NO interest payments on your layaway purchases.
Firearms are not shipped until all payments are made
Returns of firearms are not accepted. Returns on accessories must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Surplus parts are non-refundable. Items returned for credit must be UNUSED/UNMOUNTED, and must be approved by a representative of Dissident Arms before item is returned. Please reply to your order confirmation email (from Orders@DissidentArms.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Firearms are not allowed to be returned. If there is damage to the firearm from shipping only priory to final transfer the customer may request and exchange for the same item.
Only purchase a firearm if you are absolutely sure the you can legally own it and the FFL you are using will transfer the firearm to you. We are fine shipping to any FFL that will do a legal transfer.
If the FFL does not transfer it to you and a return is attempted a 25% restocking fee plus shipping will be assessed. You will be refunded the difference only once the firearm returns and inspected for use/damage. Additional fees may apply if the firearms is used, damaged or missing something.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Some Briley MFG orders can take 5-21 days to ship due to supply chain issues
Due to unprecedented demand and supply chain issues, we are experiencing delays.
In Stock Magazine extensions are typically shipping in 2-3 weeks.
Chokes and accessories are taking approximately 7-10 business days to ship.
Out of stock items are experiencing significant delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to give estimates on shipping dates. We are working as fast and as hard as possible to fulfill orders, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

How to Purchase Firearms Online
We, Dissident Arms, sell firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Dissident Arms meet your state, county, or city firearm laws.
2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.
⦁ Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
⦁ If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them e-mail, fax or mail a file copy of their FFL to us at the address below:

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Dissident Arms This transaction is soley between you and the FFL holder.
5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

Once notified that the firearm is completed, the customer will have 30 days to make final payments, pickup their items and/or provide valid FFL transfer information.
After 30 days, the customer will be assessed a $20/day storage fee until the item is picked up or the value of the item or cost of labor has been collected.
Once the storage fee exceeds the cost of labor and/or value of the firearm, then the firearm will be considered abandoned and will be put on the floor for resale.
