For All Serviced Guns, you must ship your gun in a hard case. Oversized hard cases or shipping boxes will accrue additional charges for return shipping. If your gun is not shipped in a hard case you will be charged for a hard case for return shipping plus any additional fees as previously stated.
WARRANTY
All of our firearms are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty – No Questions Asked. We even cover the shipping to and from our facility. (Shipping comes with insurance).
After the first year, warranty shifts to Limited Lifetime. (Please email for an RMA number, your firearm will not be accepted without one). Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit to begin any build. This is due once the build sheet is reviewed and approved by client.
All Deposits are NOT refundable
By placing a deposit, you are entering a binding agreement with our company. We will not ship any product to you until the remaining balance is paid.
PURCHASES ON ANY LIMITED EDITION, SPECIAL RELEASE PRODUCTS, OR DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

LAYAWAY TERMS

BACKORDERED PRODUCTS
Back ordered products can take 30-90 days to fulfill depending on the product.
RETURNS
All cancelation / refund requests must be submitted by replying to your order confirmation email.
Returns of firearms are not accepted. Returns on accessories must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Surplus parts are non-refundable. Items returned for credit must be UNUSED/UNMOUNTED, and must be approved by a representative of Dissident Arms before item is returned. Please reply to your order confirmation email (from Orders@DissidentArms.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Firearms are not allowed to be returned. If there is damage to the firearm from shipping only prior to final transfer the customer may request an exchange for the same item.
New firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair. Dissident Arms neither warranty’s or guarantees any weapon or item purchased. The original manufacturer warranty’s the item.
Any modifications done to any item or firearm may void the factory warranty.
Only purchase a firearm if you are absolutely sure that you can legally own it and the FFL you are using will transfer the firearm to you. We are fine shipping to any FFL that will do a legal transfer.
If the FFL does not transfer the firearm to you for any reason and a return is attempted a 25% restocking fee plus shipping will be assessed. You will be refunded the difference only once the firearm returns and is inspected for use/damage. Additional fees may apply if the firearms is used, damaged or missing something.
CANCELLED ORDERS
All cancelation / refund requests must be submitted by replying to your order confirmation email.
If you cancel your retail order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
If you cancel your Factory firearms order BEFORE it has shipped you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
PURCHASES OR DEPOSITS ON ANY LIMITED EDITION, SPECIAL RELEASE PRODUCTS, OR DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any add on, custom work, or gunsmithing added to a factory gun is considered a custom build and is non-refundable.
If you order restricted items in your state, your order will be cancelled and you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

How to Purchase Firearms Online
We, Dissident Arms, sell firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Dissident Arms meet your state, county, or city firearm laws.
2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Dissident Arms This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

ABANDONED ITEMS
Once notified that the firearm is completed, the customer will have 30 days to make final payments, pickup their items and/or provide valid FFL transfer information.
After 30 days, the customer will be assessed a $20/day storage fee until the item is picked up or the value of the item or cost of labor has been collected.
Once the storage fee exceeds the cost of labor and/or value of the firearm, then the firearm will be considered abandoned and will be put on the floor for resale.
Your acceptance of these terms
